We also have the World Furniture Center, which will be the largest permenent convention space in the United States. Imagine the amount of jobs this will create! Nevada's favorable tax and business climate encourages small businesses to start up. With all of this information, coupled with the fact that our land supply is finite (we are completely surrounded by mountains and Bureau of Land Management), it is hard to believe the media when they say that real estate in Las Vegas is a bad investment.
